For small & mid-sized businesses without a tech team

AI that handles your busywork — built for people who don't code.

Tell us about your business in 30 minutes. We'll show you exactly where AI can take repetitive work off your plate — what it would save, what it would cost, and how you'll run it yourself. No jargon, no pressure.

Replies within 24 hours. No prep, no commitment.

The problem

Everyone says AI will change your business. But every demo assumes you've got a developer on staff, and every tool expects you to wire it up yourself.

The agencies who'll do it for you want a six-month contract before they've even seen your inbox — and when they're done, you're locked into their stack and their pricing.

The hard part isn't the technology anymore. It's knowing where to start, and being able to run the thing once it's built — without turning into a part-time engineer.

We built this studio to put AI in the hands of people who run real businesses, not just the ones who can code.

Three steps. You can stop after any of them.

Step 01

Discovery callFree · 30 minutes

A free call where you walk us through your day. We listen, ask questions, and figure out which parts of your week are worth handing to AI. No prep, no commitment.

Step 02

Your offerA price per workflow

We send back a clear offer — one line per workflow we can automate, each with its own price and timeframe. Take all of them, one of them, or none. You only pay for the ones you choose.

Step 03

Build & hand overOne-off · no lock-in

We build each workflow you picked, ship it on the agreed timeline, and hand it over running on your own tools — yours to keep. Want us to maintain or keep improving it later? We can set up a servicing plan, but only if you need one.

Plain-English examples. No "AI-powered" buzzwords.

01

Auto-reply to common customer emails using answers pulled from your past replies.

02

Turn voicemails into short summaries in your inbox before lunch.

03

Watch your inbox for invoices, file them in the right folder, and push line items to your accounting software.

04

Flag estimates that look unusually low or high before they go out.

05

Pull the daily numbers from four different systems into one digest every morning.

06

Sort incoming leads by how likely they are to close, based on what they wrote.

07

Onboard new hires, route time-off requests, and chase missing signatures so HR doesn't have to.

08

Collect quotes from your suppliers, flag any that look off, and prep the order for your approval.

09

Match deliveries to orders, surface anything running late, and warn the right person before a customer asks.

10

Watch stock levels, flag what's running low before it sells out, and draft reorder requests for review.

11

Spot patterns in how customers buy — what they pick together, when they come back, when they drop off — without digging through reports.

12

Match staffing to demand hour by hour and flag shifts that look over- or under-covered before the week starts.

The honest ones first.

We're not technical. Will this work for us?

Yes — that's exactly who we build for. You don't need to know what an API is or write a line of code. You tell us which parts of your week feel repetitive; we build the automation and show you how to run it. It just works, and you stay in control.

What if we don't know what to automate?

That's literally what the discovery call is for. Most owners come in with a vague sense that "something" could be faster. By the end of the call we have a list. Within 48 hours we've turned it into an offer, ranked by what would actually pay back.

Do you make us switch software?

No. We build on the tools you already pay for — your inbox, your accounting software, your CRM, your Slack. If a new tool genuinely earns its place, we'll say so and explain why. Most of the time, we don't need one.

What does a typical project cost?

The discovery call is free. Each workflow is quoted on its own — most land between $3,500 and $7,500 depending on complexity — and you only pay for the ones you green-light. If you later want us to maintain or keep improving them, servicing plans are optional and priced separately. No surprises, no hourly billing.

What if it doesn't work?

Every workflow is scoped, priced, and timeboxed before you approve it — the price and timeline we agree are what you pay, even if it turns out trickier on our end. And because each workflow is a one-off you own outright, you're never locked into a contract that outlives its usefulness. Don't want to continue after the first one? You don't have to.

Start with a call. Decide after.
